We are proud of the multitude of applications supportable with our production programme. With our own in-house software department and with GE FANUC, a highly innovative control manufacturer, plus the flexible 5-axis kinematic machine concept, there are hardly any limits to the application possibilities.
Most tools are already covered in our standard software solution. SCHNEEBERGER specialities such as gear hobbing cutters and broaching tools, or precision reamers and profile tools extend the application spectrum.
Of course, the diversity of machining possibilities is not our only concern. Production know-how, process optimising and finally productivity for the customer are central to our objectives.
Today we can look back on decades of tradition in tool grinding. A wealth of experience is packed into all our products and application programs.
